Here are some simple things you can do to start dipping your toes into the content marketing pond.

3.) While a blog is a great way to build content, start small and create a new page on your website dedicated to your favorite things (relate them back to your business.)
4.) Take a “selfie” with your favorite product and email it to your database list
5.) Shoot a :30-second video of the most interesting things happening at your location today
6.) Write a review of a product you sell in your store and share it on your social networks
7.) Ask your clients to share why they shop with you or use your services – share on social networks

These ideas are not meant to be a replacement for a fully fleshed out content marketing strategy, but they are a great way to get started thinking about the types of things you need to be doing to generate quality content and ultimately drive more leads to your business.
